Weddings at the Walpole Unitarian Church

     The Church and Hastings House are used frequently for weddings and receptions.

      The church itself is of Colonial style and was designed after King’s Chapel in Boston. The sanctuary is simple, but elegant, and its beauty is a joy to experience. Its acoustics are excellent; a remarkable feature of the design is that whether an audience of 30 or 200 people can be seated on the main floor and balcony, it still feels intimate. The tower above the entryway houses a period bell, and town clock.

Our Parish House

   The Hastings Memorial Parish House is a Victorian building in the Eastlake style, known for its lovely woodwork and carved moldings. In addition to a full kitchen, there is a front parlor and dining room. The entry foyer has exceptional woodwork and fireplace, and lovely carved staircase to the grand ballroom, complete with stage, stained glass window offering lovely views. A spacious stage with green room and media equipment bring the room into the 21st Century.
